I have designed a service design framework including suggestions from different methodologies.

The idea is to combine business design methodologies, design thinking, Jobs to be done approach to define a new collaborative way to co-create service models and core servicing processes.
It’s a draft, I would love to know your ideas on how to improve. For instance, I see some redundancies in the exercises.
